Website information and acceptance

This website explains Digi-Sharks services, products and selected work. Browsing the site does not create a client relationship. A project begins only when the parties accept a written proposal, statement of work, invoice or equivalent agreement.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and must not attempt to disrupt it, misuse forms, copy protected material as your own or access systems without permission.

Scope, approvals and client responsibilities

The accepted written scope controls the deliverables, assumptions, revision limits, fees and handover. Work outside that scope may require a revised estimate, timeline or separate approval.

• Provide accurate content, lawful assets, access and feedback on time.
• Review deliverables and report scope-related issues promptly.
• Keep administrator accounts, payment credentials and recovery codes secure.
• Confirm that supplied trademarks, images, text and data may legally be used.

Fees, payment and pauses

Deposits, milestones, taxes, recurring support and third-party costs are stated in the accepted commercial document. Work, launch, transfer or support may pause when an agreed payment or required client input is overdue.

A message on social media or WhatsApp does not change price, scope or payment instructions unless the change is confirmed through an authorised written channel.

Timelines, changes and third-party platforms

Timelines are good-faith estimates and depend on timely content, approvals, access, technical discovery and external services. Requested changes, late feedback or new integrations can move a delivery date.

Hosting providers, domain registrars, Shopify, WordPress plugins, payment gateways, analytics, advertising networks, Cal.com and other external platforms operate under their own terms. Digi-Sharks can configure and support them but cannot guarantee their uptime, approvals, policies or future behaviour.

Intellectual property and portfolio use

Unless the project agreement says otherwise, ownership of custom final deliverables transfers after all related invoices are paid. Pre-existing tools, reusable methods, open-source software, fonts, stock assets and third-party licences remain subject to their original ownership and licence terms.

Digi-Sharks may identify publicly launched work in its portfolio using already-public brand material, unless confidentiality or a different portfolio arrangement is agreed in writing.

SEO, marketing and business outcomes

Search rankings, traffic, enquiries, advertising approvals, revenue and conversion rates depend on many factors outside one supplier’s control. Digi-Sharks does not promise a particular ranking, score, lead volume or financial result. Recommendations and reporting are based on available data and accepted professional practice at the time.

PageSpeed and similar measurements are dated snapshots produced by third-party tools; scores can change with content, hosting, network conditions and tool updates.

Payment and impersonation safety

Protect both parties by verifying unexpected requests through the official contact details shown on digi-sharks.in.

• Digi-Sharks will not ask for an OTP, PIN, full card number or remote banking access.
• Verify any new bank account, changed payment instruction or urgent payment request by calling the official number.
• Use role-based invitations or temporary access instead of sending passwords where a platform supports it.
• Do not rely on an unofficial profile, lookalike domain or forwarded screenshot as proof of identity.
• Report suspected impersonation, phishing or invoice tampering immediately and pause payment until verified.

Suspension, liability and disputes

Either party may end work as allowed by the accepted project agreement. Amounts already earned, approved work and committed third-party costs remain payable; any refund is handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digi-Sharks is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform failure, unauthorised client-side changes or misuse after handover. Concerns should first be raised in writing so both parties have a reasonable opportunity to resolve them. Applicable Indian law and any signed project terms govern the engagement.
