How cancellations, completed custom work, third-party costs and refund requests are handled.

This page is a plain-language website policy. A signed proposal, statement of work or invoice may add project-specific terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
Custom digital work is scoped for one client, so the accepted proposal, statement of work or invoice may contain project-specific payment, cancellation and refund terms. Where it does, that document controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you cancel before discovery, planning, reserved production time or third-party purchasing begins, Digi-Sharks will review the prepaid amount for refund. Non-recoverable payment processing, administration or already-committed external costs may be deducted when lawful and documented.
Deposits and completed or in-progress milestones compensate for reserved time and custom work and are generally not refundable once earned. If prepaid work remains genuinely unperformed, Digi-Sharks will calculate any unearned balance against completed work, approved milestones and committed costs.
Custom strategy, design, code, content, configuration, campaigns and other digital deliverables are not ordinarily refundable after completion, approval, handover or launch. This does not remove any mandatory right that applies under law.
Domains, hosting, paid themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, software subscriptions, payment-gateway charges, advertising spend and other external purchases are controlled by their provider. Once purchased or committed, they are refundable only if that provider issues a refund.
If delivered work materially differs from the accepted scope, notify Digi-Sharks in writing with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Digi-Sharks must first receive a reasonable opportunity to correct an in-scope defect. Preferences, new requirements, platform changes and issues caused by third-party or client modifications are not automatically defects.
If Digi-Sharks ends an engagement without a client breach and cannot complete prepaid work, any unearned prepaid balance will be reviewed for refund after completed work and non-recoverable commitments are accounted for.
Email the official Digi-Sharks address with the project name, invoice reference, reason and relevant evidence. Do not send card information, passwords or OTPs. A written response will explain the work completed, committed costs and any refundable balance. Payment disputes should be raised directly first so the issue can be investigated safely.
